As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors is a busy and dynamic multi-franchise dealership located in Gladstone. With our continued growth, we are looking to welcome multiple motivated and reliable Vehicle Detailers to our team.

n

We're seeking people who take pride in their work, have a great eye for detail and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, supportive team. Whether you already have experience in vehicle detailing or are ready to bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

SKILLS

n

As a Vehicle Detailer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives their new or serviced vehicle in immaculate condition. Your responsibilities will include:

- Washing, polishing and detailing new and used vehicles
n
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display
n
- Maintaining presentation standards across the dealership
n
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
n




- Supporting the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
n

ABOUT YOU

- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
n
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
n
- Confidence, honesty, reliability and flexibility
n
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
n
- Previous vehicle detailing experience is preferred but not essential—we're happy to train the right person!
n
- Availability to work occasional overtime when required
n
