Job Description

Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra is seeking an experienced care partner to support older people to live independently at home. This full-time maternity leave contract offers the chance to join a compassionate, person-centred care team.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, coordinate services with families and providers, and advocate for culturally protected, trauma-informed practice within the Australian aged care system.
