Your responsibilities will include: Providing compassionate, woman-centred care across antenatal, birth and postnatal stages; Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes; Supporting women and families through one of the most important times in their lives; Contributing to continuous improvement and evidence-based midwifery practice. REQUIREMENTS

Current AHPRA registrationas aRegistered Midwife; Minimum 3 years post-registration experience; Strong clinical skills across antenatal,



birth suite and postnatal care; Passion for delivering individualised, family-centred care; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster; IBCLC qualification (or working towards) (desirable); Experience in private healthcare. BENEFITS

$40.26 -$56.54 per hour. ABOUT THE FACILITY

The hospital, located in Sydney's North West, is a busy277-bed high-acuity facility.The Women's Health Unit is a 43-bed post/antenatal/gynaecology ward with7 birthing suite rooms.Supporting this service is a 7-bed level 2 Special Care Nursery.
