We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA/QC professional with specification experience to join a well-established food and beverage manufacturing setting. This is a casual opportunity offering flexibility across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced production setting. Duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Conduct routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory and production equipment Investigate customer complaints and assist in identifying root causes of non-conformances Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results across products, packaging, and environmental samples Support specification development and management activities,



recognising this as a resource-intensive function Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality and production records Support general housekeeping and GMP compliance activities Participate in internal and external audits Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards Skills/experience:

Tertiary education in Food Science or similar Proven experience in a similar position in a food or beverage manufacturing environment Experience working with specification systems, ideally SAP, SAP-RD, or PLM

(highly advantageous) Previous exposure to frozen food manufacturing would be highly desirable, though not essential Must be adaptable and have high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
