This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence communicating with customers, tradespeople and suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating work across our field team, managing schedules, tracking job progress and ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate daily work for field technicians and supervisors

Manage incoming work orders and allocate jobs efficiently

Liaise with customers to book appointments and provide updates

Monitor job progress from allocation through to completion

Follow up outstanding reports, invoices and documentation

Assist with ordering materials and coordinating suppliers

Maintain accurate job records and company systems

Support management with general administration and operational tasks

Assist in resolving customer enquiries and scheduling issues

Ensure company workflows and processes are followed

About you

Previous experience in administration,



scheduling or operations coordination

Experience within construction, trades, restoration or service-based industries highly regarded

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A proactive approach and ability to solve problems independently

High attention to detail

Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing priorities

Solid computer skills and experience using Microsoft 365

Experience using CRM, scheduling or job management software

A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
