Proven experience as a Marine Boat Fitter or similar role within the trades and services industry Strong technical skills and knowledge of boat construction, materials, and repair techniques Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics,
and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others What we offer
