This Greater Western Sydney-based role will support a portfolio of industrial assets for key clients and focus on operational performance, compliance, contractor management and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Deliver efficient, cost-effective facilities management services that meet client requirements, support operational performance and align with agreed service standards.

Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance by liaising with technicians, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure works are prioritised, communicated and completed effectively.

Work collaboratively and professionally with contractors to resolve operational issues in a timely and respectful manner, ensuring a partnered approach and a strong focus on quality outcomes.

Prepare, manage, and update the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members.

Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, asset management processes and agreed premises management initiatives.

Prepare consolidated monthly reports covering client service requests, key operational issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, completed works, upcoming priorities and any matters requiring client attention.

Proactively identify, report on and monitor potential energy-efficiency improvements once implemented.

Manage day-to-day operational issues across the assets, including tenant requests, contractor attendance, site presentation, risk items and urgent maintenance matters.

Monitor site compliance requirements, including WHS obligations, contractor documentation, risk registers, essential services and statutory maintenance activities.

Maintain proactive communication with tenants, clients,



contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure service requests, operational updates and site issues are clearly managed and followed through.

About you

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels, to build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Must have understanding and demonstrated experience of financials, specifically budget preparation, managing portfolio to a budget, fulfilling reporting requirements, and service-related financial management.

Must have at least 4 years' facilities management experience across industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial assets.

Demonstrated track record in managing fit-outs, refurbishments and maintenance.

Good working knowledge of WH&S.;

Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Experience using maintenance and inspections systems and applications.

Ability to travel, driver's license required.

Tertiary qualifications in property discipline and or trade background are highly regarded.
