Content Producer / Videographer & Editor

Indi Creative is looking for a full time Videographer / Video Editor to join our team in the Hawkesbury, Western Sydney.

n

You will work closely with our founder and marketing team to film and edit short-form social media content, business content, client case studies, office content and longer-form videos.

n

We are looking for someone who understands social media and can do more than simply make videos look good. You should have a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and what keeps people watching.

n

Key responsibilities include:

- Filming content in-office and on location
n
- Editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
n
- Editing longer-form YouTube content when required
n
- Helping develop content ideas and recurring video concepts
n
- Capturing day-to-day business activity, client work, sales content and team content
n
- Reviewing content performance and helping improve future videos
n




- Organising footage and maintaining an effective content workflow
n

About you:

n

n
- Strong videography and video editing skills
n
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
n
- Good understanding of short-form social media content
n
- Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
n
- Comfortable filming people in a natural business environment
n
- Creative, reliable and able to work independently
n
- Able to take feedback and work quickly
n
- Experience with personal brands, creators or business content is highly regarded
n

The role will be primarily based from our office in the Hawkesbury, with occasional travel to client locations around Sydney.

n

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience.
