What you'll be doing
n

- Structural design and RPEQ certification for residential projects
n
- Site inspections across Brisbane and SEQ
n
- Assist with reports on existing and distressed structures
n
- Dilapidation surveys and investigation support
n
- Contribute to design of remediation and strengthening solutions
n
- Some client and builder liaison / Liaise with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders
n
n
Forensic / investigation experience is preferred but not essential.
n
About you
n
n
- Current RPEQ (Structural)
n
- Residential structural experience in Queensland (or similar)
n
- Confident producing practical designs and explicit reports
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Driver's licence and happy to spend time on-site as well as in the office
n
