Tetsujin Emporium is looking for friendly, reliable and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our team.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a busy restaurant environment, providing good customer service and working closely with their teammates.

Your responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

- Greeting and assisting customers
- Seating customers
- Taking orders and assisting with the ordering process
- Delivering food and drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Supporting other team members during busy service
- Following restaurant procedures and management instructions
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service

What we are looking for We are looking for people who are:
- Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Fast and organised
- Able to work well in a busy restaurant
- Proactive and willing to help others
- Able to follow instructions
- Available on evenings and weekends
- Interested in reliable ongoing work

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but applicants with a strong attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.





Availability

Applicants with strong availability for the following will be preferred:
- Evening shifts
- Weekends
- Busy dinner periods
- Closing shifts
