Front of House Team Member – Night Shift

Hot Pot Hero is looking for energetic and reliable Front of House team members to join our team at QV Melbourne CBD.

We are a busy all-you-can-eat individual hot pot restaurant, and we’re looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping customers and working closely as part of a team.

Night availability is important

This position is primarily for evening and night shifts.

Applicants should be comfortable working:

- Evening shifts
- Late-night shifts
- Closing shifts
- Fridays and weekends when required

Our restaurant trades until 12:00am, so some shifts may finish around or shortly after midnight depending on closing duties. Please only apply if you are genuinely available to work late-night and closing shifts.

Your responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Explaining our dining system to guests
- Taking care of your assigned dining area
- Delivering soup bases and drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting customers with QR ordering
- Keeping the dining area, buffet and sauce station clean and organised
- Monitoring customer needs throughout service
- Supporting other team members during busy periods
- Completing closing and cleaning duties

- Available for night and closing shifts

- Able to work well as part of a team

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but applicants with a strong attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome. What we offer
