Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

Location: Flight Club Darts Sydney

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Floor Server to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our guests. As a Floor Server, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders at the tables, providing menu guidance, ensuring orders are accurate, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. We will cross train our floor server to fulfill other roles in the business during quite periods.

This role is perfect for a friendly, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take food and drink orders efficiently and accurately at the table or the oche
- Offer menu guidance, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are accurate and beautifully presented.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests and ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Handle payment transactions and manage a POS system accurately.
- Keep the floor area and oche areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts.




- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold all health and safety standards in the dining area.
- Follow and complete daily checklist to ensure the venue is set up and ready for trade
- Complete weekly checklist to ensure we keep standards high

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a server or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential; we are open to training the right candidate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it prior to starting.
