The Club provides a relaxed environment away from the hectic pace of the CBD, where members can enjoy the company of friends in the iconic setting. The club offers Accommodation and Food & Beverage services via two a la carte dining rooms, in addition to a range of function rooms for Private and Club events for up to 200 guests.

Job Role requirements include:

- You will have demonstrated experience within a Club, prestigious hotel or similar scale venue
- Have an understanding of a la carte food service, as well as event function work




- Your ability to be able to manage a section of the a la carte dining room, and be able to work autonomously when required on Club events & functions
- Work collaboratively and professionally within the Service team, alongside the Kitchen team in the service of the members of the Club
- Able to demonstrate consistent service capability during busy service periods
- Operate in a manner that is safe for self and others at all times, including Food Safety and RSA requirements
- Knowledge and experience with POS systems
- Working well within a team by being agile and adaptable, with organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
