We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
- Strong bar and cocktail knowledge
- Must hold a valid RSA certificate
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle busy service periods
- Must be reliable, responsible, and well-presented
- Availability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Own transportation is essential , there is no public transport available in the area
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
- Support staff training, rostering, and team coordination
- Ensure smooth service flow and maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with the management team to deliver quality guest experiences
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
