From the fast-paced energy of La Piazza, our flagship and busiest restaurant, Sydney's largest Rooftop Bar Lady Banks, to the relaxed gastro-pub atmosphere of The Brewhouse, and the elevated dining experience at Marrow & Co., this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple hospitality concepts.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Team members with broad availability may have the opportunity to work regular rosters equivalent to part-time or full-time hours.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests while working across a variety of venues.

Key responsibilities include

· Providing outstanding customer service

· Taking and serving food and beverage orders

· Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness

· Supporting venue operations during busy service periods

· Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams





· Following food safety and responsible service requirements

About You

You will bring

· A passion for hospitality and customer service

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

· Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

· Current NSW RSA Competency Card, or willingness to obtain one
