About the role La Stella Latticini is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team in hands-on cheese production and packaging operations. We are actively developing team members into future Supervisors, Product Leaders, and Production Managers.

Key responsibilities

Cheese Production (Production Operators):

- Receiving and handling fresh milk
- Operating milk pasteurisation systems
- Coagulating and cutting curd
- Stretching and forming soft cheese
- Moulding and preparing cheese for packaging
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards

Packaging Supervisors / Production Team Members:
- Overseeing packaging lines and team members
- Ensuring correct labelling, sealing, and product presentation
- Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
- Conducting quality control checks
- Supporting efficient and secure production flow

About you

- Reliable, motivated,

- Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
