Taylor Street Dental is a boutique aesthetic dental clinic in West Pennant Hills, specialising in Invisalign, smile design, and cosmetic dentistry. We're a small, close-knit team looking for someone to be the friendly first face our patients see.

The role:

We're looking for a reception-focused Patient Experience Coordinator to manage patient bookings, phones, and check-in/check-out, with light hands-on training in sterilisation and room turnover so you understand how the whole clinic runs. No dental qualification required — full training provided.

- Monday to Thursday (no weekends)
- Casual position, with opportunities to grow with us over time
- Friendly, supportive team environment

What we're looking for:

- Confident, warm phone manner
- Reception, admin, or customer service experience (medical/dental a plus, not essential)
- Reliable, organised, good with people
- Available Monday–Thursday
