We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House (FOH) team member to join our pizza shop team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
- Take orders and process payments using POS
- Prepare and pack takeaway and delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
- Assist with basic food preparation when required
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Previous hospitality/FOH experience is preferred but not essential
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
