You’ll have several tasks, but here are the most important and enjoyable ones:

- Welcome every customer that walks through our doors with genuine appreciation and warmth;
- Ensure that every customer you interact with leaves with a smile on their faces;
- Run food and clear tables with such efficiency and zeal, each customer showers you with rapturous applause, big tips and 5* reviews (applause optional); and
- Celebrate the wins (there will be hugging and cocktails involved).

Responsibilities
- Always arrive clean, tidy and presentable in accordance with our dress code as outlined in the Training Manual;
- Project a positive and motivated attitude amongst staff and customers alike;
- Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to customers;
- Ensure designated section is well stocked and set for service (patisserie, display fridge, coffee stations, wait stations);
- Ensure that plans are being followed daily and checklists checked off;
- Adhere to a rostered working schedules;
- Work cleanly and efficiently;
- Maintain quantity and quality of stock levels within designated stations;
- Operate equipment proficiently (coffee machine, grinders, fridges and ice machines, etc); and
- Manage stock, place orders,



replenish without excessive waste.

Duties
- Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Direct customers following the order of service;
- Advise customers on food and beverage menus;
- Help customers make selections by building confidence, offering suggestions and opinions;
- Update POS orders and items as authorised;
- Processes payments, cash and store credits/promotional material;
- Wash and disinfect workstations, tables, tools and other equipment.
- General cleaning;
- Dish duties if and when required;
- Clear tables, set and reset tables;
- Undertake general waiting duties of both food and/or beverages;
- Engage in deliveries, receiving and returning as necessary;
- Take reservations, greet and seat guests as per the order of service and our internal service plan;
- Assist other team members in the restaurant when needed or perform any other tasks assigned by management; and
- Other duties as required by management.

Pay: $26.44 – $44.99 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
