- A Strong Work Ethic: Baking is rewarding but demanding. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid of late and early starts or physical work.
- A Team Player: Our Bakery is a collaborative space. You'll need to communicate clearly, support your coworkers, and maintain a positive attitude during the morning rush.
- Coachability: You should be comfortable taking direction and executing tasks exactly as requested to maintain our high standards of quality and consistency.
- Creative Curiosity:
While we have our staples, we love to innovate! We want someone willing to experiment with new ideas, flavours, and techniques. Requirements
- A passion for food safety and cleanliness.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional baking experience.
- Australian permanent residency status required.
