Chambers Fine Coffee Top Ryde is looking for an experienced Full-Time Café Chef / Cook to join our young and energetic team.

We are looking for someone reliable, positive and organised who genuinely takes pride in their kitchen. We want someone who treats the kitchen like their second home — keeping it clean, organised and running smoothly every day.

About the role:

- Full-time position
- Rostered across Monday to Sunday
- Monday–Saturday operating hours: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Sunday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Day shifts only – no night work
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch café dishes
- Food preparation and consistent, attractive plating
- Maintaining food quality and consistency during busy service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and following food safety standards
- Stock rotation, preparation and minimising food wastage
- Working closely with the front-of-house team

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Café / breakfast / brunch experience highly preferred
- Must have good English communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork
- Reliable, punctual and responsible




- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organisation
- Reliable transport is essential; own car preferred due to early morning starts
- Must be available for a full-time roster across Monday–Sunday
