We’re looking for a full-time Pilates Instructor + Sales superstar to join the HIIT Pilates team.
This is for someone who already knows the fitness industry and is ready for more! More hours, more prospect, more responsibility and more earning potential.
You’ll teach approximately 20 classes per week, while also playing a key role in growing the studio through sales, lead follow-up, member engagement and converting enquiries into long-term clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness – essential
- Confident, energetic and engaging on the studio floor
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and speaking to leads
- Flexible availability across the week
- Reliable, proactive and willing to work hard
- Motivated by targets and earning potential
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it
We’re looking for someone who is hungry,
driven and not afraid of hard work. Someone who wants to be busy, wants to earn well and understands the mentality of the more you put in, the more you get out.
