Fee-For-Service Course Advisor (Remote)

We're a growing fee-for-service education provider, helping people improve their future through education by guiding them from enquiry to enrolment. We're building out our Course Advisor team and looking for experienced, target-driven advisors to join us remotely.

You'll speak with people who've already enquired about nationally recognised qualifications in areas like community services, community pharmacy, and a lot more. These are paid courses with structured payment plans, so the conversation is about helping someone commit to the right course and the right payment option, not chasing cold leads.

? Your Day-to-Day

- Owning the student journey from enquiry to enrolment, working the lead by phone, SMS and email — warm leads only, no cold calling
- Understanding what a student actually needs before you advise, and guiding them to the right course and payment option
- Closing enrolments against daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Working a fixed roster: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm AEST/AEDT, and Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT — this is work from home, not flexible work. During those hours, this job is your full-time focus, the same as if you were in the office

? Who You Are





- You've got a track record in target-driven sales, ideally phone-based
- You connect easily, earn trust quickly, and know how to balance empathy with actually closing
- You're self-motivated and comfortable working remotely without someone looking over your shoulder
- Comfortable using a CRM — HubSpot experience (or similar) is a plus
- Experience in education/student recruitment, outbound or gym membership sales is a bonus, not a requirement — we'll train you on our courses and our proven sales methodology
