The Great Outdawes Landscaping is looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team.

If you enjoy working outdoors, have strong horticultural knowledge and a great eye for detail, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role

You'll work across a range of high-end residential gardens throughout Adelaide, maintaining established landscapes to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys variety and understands the difference that attention to detail makes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lawn mowing, edging and general turf care
- Hedge trimming, pruning and plant maintenance
- Weed control and garden clean-ups
- Planting, mulching and fertilising
- Irrigation checks and minor repairs
- Identifying plant health issues and recommending appropriate solutions
- Safely operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Working both independently and alongside our wider team
- Providing friendly and professional service to our clients

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
- Strong plant identification and pruning knowledge
- Confidence using commercial gardening equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
- A reliable, motivated and professional approach




- Positive communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A current Australian Driver's Licence – manual preferred
- White Card, or willingness to obtain one

Chemical accreditation and formal horticultural qualifications would be highly regarded but aren't essential.
