About the Role

n

As our Garden Maintenance Team leader you will take ownership of your sites. You will work across several Brisbane locations throughout the week - in no more than 1 location each day, leading a small crew to keep our clients' grounds looking sharp and well-managed.

On a day-to-day basis, you and your team will be handling:

n

Precision turf care: Operating zero-turn ride-on mowers, neat edging, and thorough blowing down.

n

Garden upkeep: High-standard hedging, pruning, and detailed hand weeding.

n

Property enhancements: Keeping gardens healthy, tidy, and looking their best.

n

What We Are Looking For

n

We want someone who takes pride in turning up, doing an excellent job,



and leading by example.

n

Proven experience in commercial or large-scale landscape maintenance.

n

The ability to lead a small crew, operate efficiently, and keep the day running smoothly.

n

Excellent hands-on skills with commercial tools (zero turns, hedgers and edgers).

n

Knowledge Advantage: Being able to identify plants, weeds, trees, pests, and plant diseases is highly regarded.

n

Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualifications are a big plus, but solid experience and a reliable, professional attitude are what count most.

Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
