Job Description

Harmony Australasia invites applications for a Human Resources Manager at CSA Mine in NSW. Based onsite with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Sydney, you will lead site HR, implement workforce plans, and manage industrial relations, payroll compliance, and recruitment for a 500+ workforce of employees and contractors.
