Key Responsibilities

- Leadandcoordinatethedailybaroperation
- Train,superviseandrosterbarteammembers
- Maintainconsistentstandardsacrosscocktails,wineandspirits
- Managebeverageordering,stocklevelsandinventory
- Monitorbeveragecostsandsupporteffectivecostmanagement
- Maintainaccuratebarsystems,proceduresandchecklists
- Improveworkflowstosupportefficientbaroperations
- Ensureresponsibleserviceofalcoholrequirementsarefollowed
- Maintaincompliancewithapplicableliquorlicenceconditions
- Supportthedevelopmentandimprovementofthebeverageprogram
- Workwiththewiderhospitalityteamtomaintainqualityguestservice

Requirements & Eligibility





- MinimumthreeyearsofprovenexperienceinaseniorbartenderorBarManagerposition
- Demonstratedexperienceleadinganddevelopinghospitalityteams
- Strongpracticalknowledgeofcocktails,wineandspirits
- Provenexperiencewithstockcontrolandbeverageordering
- Understandingofbeveragecostmanagement
- Strongorganisationalandoperationalskills

- CurrentNSWRSAcompetencycard
