In this unique role, you'll:

n

- Be the ER expert:Provide strategic advice to our clients and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.
n
- Partner with passion:Work closely with our clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.
n
- Be the interpreter: Ability to interpret and provide advice on employment contracts, workplace policies, and employee relations matters.
n
- Knowledge sharer:Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies.
n
- Stay ahead of the curve:Proactively monitor changes in employment law and advise on their impact on the business.
n

You're a perfect fit if you have:

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experiencein a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role, with a strong focus on face-to-face interaction.
n
- A proven ability to resolve complex ER issueswith empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
n




- A strong understanding of employment legislationand best practices in employee relations.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and confident navigating a variety of software systems.
n
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
