Job Description

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Listening Lead to transform our Voice of Customer program into an enterprise-wide capability, connecting feedback, data and insights to improve member outcomes.

You will gather feedback from surveys, chats, calls and reviews, design governance and deliver dashboards, while partnering with multiple teams to ensure regulatory and privacy obligations are met.
