Mayday Recruitment seeks a Maintenance Officer to own day‑to‑day maintenance at a 100‑bed aged care facility in Warrawee. You will report to the Residential Manager and the Property Manager and handle upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment.

The role is full-time and autonomous, with a Monday–Friday pattern and adaptable start times (7–3 or 8–4). An ASAP start is available for the right candidate.
