Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a commercially focused,

phone-based

role responsible for converting inbound enquiries and generating new B2B opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients enquiring about our preventive health programs — guiding them through our offering, answering questions with confidence, and driving leads to conversion.

You'll also run structured outreach to corporate prospects, introducing HealthScreen's corporate programs and booking meetings for senior members of the sales team.

In your first 1–3 months, expect the role to lean roughly 70/30 inbound-to-outbound while you ramp up on our offering and process. By month 6, that shifts closer to 50/50 as you build your own outbound pipeline. This role suits someone who thrives in a structured, target-driven environment and sees it as a stepping stone into Business Development or a senior sales role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inbound

Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients

Clearly explain HealthScreen's programs, pricing and process

Handle objections confidently and ethically





Drive qualified leads to conversion

Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)

Follow up warm leads to increase conversion rates

Outbound

Identify and research target corporate accounts

Conduct outbound calls and outreach to introduce HealthScreen

Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the senior sales teamBuild and manage a structured outbound pipeline

Track outreach activity and performance metrics

ABOUT YOU

2–4 years' experience in a sales, SDR, inside sales or phone-based role

Confident, articulate communicator with strong objection-handling skills

Comfortable working toward structured activity and revenue targets

Highly organised and disciplined with CRM usage (HubSpot experience a plus)

Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based incentives

Experience in healthcare, professional services or high-consideration sales is advantageous

Interest in preventive health or longevity is viewed favourably

Full working rights in Australia (required)

This is not a passive customer service role. You'll need to be comfortable driving conversations, asking direct questions, and confidently guiding prospects toward a decision.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

Base salary of $70,000–$80,000 + super, with an OTE of $95,000–$110,000+ through uncapped, performance-based commission
