About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment team by adapting to a 360 role as well as fostering and maintaining outstanding relationships between both candidates and clients to further enhance our company reputation and standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage a

warm desk

as the first point of contact for clients across manufacturing, warehousing, transport & logistics —

no cold sales required .

Support our Recruitment Resourcers with





end-to-end recruitment , including candidate screening, shortlisting and interviewing.

Match candidates to suitable roles using your strong understanding of job requirements and client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients and candidates , including face-to-face meetings and regular site visits.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while responding quickly to client requirements.

Maintain strong

KPI, compliance and data management

standards.

Work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities and strategies to strengthen and grow our existing client base.

About You We are looking for someone who:

Has previous recruitment consultant experience

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

Is organised, proactive and motivated to succeed

Wants to continue developing their recruitment career

Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
