About the Role We're currently seeking experienced and caring candidates to support a male participant in Rathdowney with MS. MUST have experience with personal care (continence aids, showering, dysphagia) & manual handling (hoists/wheelchair). The role requires a calm, confident support worker with experience with wheelchair support and working with physical disabilities. You Will Support with daily living tasks and personal care Implement care plans & behaviour support strategies Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement. Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting What You'll Need NDIS Orientation Completion Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card,



First Aid and CPR Australian Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance Minimum 2 years' experience in support work, community services, or a related field Advance your skill set Receive training and certification paid for you, unlock your full potential from day one. Infection Prevention & Control, Medication, Waste, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Diabetes Management, Work Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Workplace Writing and Food Safety.
