$31.11 base rate + weekend loading + Tax reducing salary package

More specifically you will have:

A real passion for delivering incredible customer service

Retail management experience with a real focus on people

Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets

Excellent communication skills

A 'Can Do' proactive attitude and positive team spirit

Good computer skills

A current driver's licence (mandatory)

About the role Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Daylesford. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are. A hive of activity, this shop is offering a unique and truly fabulous opportunity for a retail superstar to take on their next leadership opportunity.

Key responsibilities

Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers

Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets

Training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers

Perform the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods,



safely moving loaded cages, bales and furniture and lifting/carrying items up to 15kg
