The Position

n

We are currently seeking an Panel Beater / Automotive Fitter to join our team.

n

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cars, enjoys working with their hands, and is keen to build a long‐term career in the automotive repair industry.

n

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and receive hands‐on training and guidance while developing your skills across vehicle repair and collision repair processes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assisting experienced Panel Beaters and tradespeople with vehicle repairs.
n
- Removing and refitting vehicle components.
n
- Assisting with vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
n
- Preparing damaged panels and components for repair.
n
- Learning and developing panel beating and vehicle repair techniques.
n
- Using workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly.
n
- Following manufacturer and workplace repair procedures.
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
n
- Working as part of a supportive and professional team.
n
- Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, organised, and safe.
n
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements.
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, hands‐on, and eager to learn.

n

You will ideally have:

- A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
n
- Some automotive experience, trade studies, or practical workshop experience is an advantage, but not essential.
n
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
n
- Good attention to detail.
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work well as part of a team.
