As a Sales & Design Consultant at Casa Ceramica, you'll be at the heart of the showroom experience — welcoming clients, guiding them through our curated tile and stone collections, and seeing their project through from first inspiration to confirmed order. It's a role that blends genuine sales skill with a love of design and people.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be the front of house, Welcoming customers and run engaging showroom consultations
n
- Guide clients through tile and stone selections to suit their style, budget, and project needs
n
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers
n
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage enquiries efficiently
n
- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
n
- Deliver a smooth, positive customer experience from selection through to order
n
- Maintain an organised, beautifully presented showroom at all times
n

About You

n

n
- Full Australian working rights (essential)
n
- Saturday availability (essential), plus flexibility across 1–4 weekdays
n
- Previous sales experience in a similar role highly preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and Xero
n
- A genuine passion for interiors, design, and delivering great customer service
n
- Pro‐active, always identifying opportunities to support others
