You'll be involved in a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to:

- Contract and property disputes
n
- Building and construction litigation
n
- Insolvency and bankruptcy matters
n
- Credit Code and Australian Consumer Law disputes
n
- General commercial litigation
n

About You:

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Minimum of 4 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
n
- Strong technical and communication skills
n
- A positive, proactive approach and a desire to grow your career
n
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
