Graphic Designer & Content Creator | Cannon Hill | Hybrid

At Michael Hill, we're passionate about helping our customers celebrate life's special moments. We're looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across social and digital channels.

Based at our Australian Support Centre in Brisbane, you'll create compelling visual content, design engaging marketing assets, and contribute fresh ideas that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Designing high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital and social channels.
n
- Creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, including static graphics, video and motion content.
n
- Conceptualising and executing content shoots in-store, in-studio and on location.
n
- Contributing creative ideas that align with current trends, platform best practices and customer behaviours.
n
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns and creative solutions.
n
- Managing artwork updates,



version control and asset libraries with exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a graphic design or content creation role.
n
- Must have experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign).
n
- Strong graphic design, visual storytelling and creative execution skills.
n
- Experience creating content across social platforms and multiple content formats.
n
- Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
n
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.
