Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in a portfolio-based role, working in a supportive and team-focused environment with strong hands‐on management support.

This is a great prospect for an experienced Property Manager looking for a positive and well-structured workplace. We're also open to considering the right candidate for a traineeship, with the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice completed on the job.

About the Role

- Managing a defined portfolio of residential properties
n
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
n
- Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
n
- Coordinating and following up maintenance and repairs
n
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
n
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
n
- Responding to enquiries in a qualified and timely manner
n
- Working closely with management and support staff for guidance and assistance
n

About You

- Must hold a current drivers license
n
- Cert4 in Real Estate Services - or be willing to undertake the course via traineeship
