Avina offers a 12-month Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists, designed to provide structure, supervision and practical experience to develop your clinical identity. The program begins with a structured 9-week onboarding and caseload ramp-up, supported by shadowing, supervision and MDT collaboration.

You'll learn across diverse practice areas, gain NDIS documentation experience, and gradually take on a real caseload in community, clinic, home or school settings, with ongoing qualified
