About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Working closely with the F&B; Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, support and develop our team, and ensure consistently high standards across service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, presentation, and cleanliness.

- Support rostering, training, onboarding, and performance management.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and responsible service requirements.

- Assist with achieving departmental revenue and profitability targets.

- Handle guest enquiries,



feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

- Support functions, events, and busy service periods as required.

- Work closely with the F&B; Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous supervisory or management experience within Food & Beverage or hospitality.

- Is confident leading and motivating a team.

- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Has strong communication and organisational skills.

- Can remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

- Has a strong understanding of F&B; operations and service standards.

- Is commercially minded, with an understanding of costs, stock control, and revenue.

- Leads by example and takes pride in creating a positive team culture.

- Is flexible and available to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
