What you'll be doing: Oversee smooth operations of the Restaurant and Bar Ensure all guests receive excellent hospitality and service Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and calm composure Support with training staff, onboarding, and providing feedback Promote a positive team culture across the Food and Beverage team Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role:
Passionate about connecting with people and providing hospitality with heart Experience in a hotel or resort F&B; team as a supervisor or team leader Excellent bartending skills andbeverage knowledge Demonstrated ability to lead a F&B; team to success Excellent communication and guest service skills RSA Certificate Reliable transport (public transport not accessible at required shift times) Available to work weeknights & weekends and holiday season Additional Information
