Universal Care Co is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join the support team for a male participant located in Flaxton. This role involves providing quality support with a focus on the participant's individual preferences and choices. Ideally the participant would like a mature, experienced male support worker, OR a mature aged, experienced female support worker. Key responsibilities

Provide disability support to a male participant Support people with behaviours Assist with personal care Work in accordance with the participant's individual preferences and choices Build positive, trusting relationships with the participant About you

Experience working in disability support Experience supporting people with behaviours Comfortable and experienced with personal care Reliable and committed to consistent shifts A suitable, reliable vehicle for disability support work Able to work in accordance with the participant's individual preferences and choices Current relevant NDIS worker screening and required checks Respectful, adaptable and able to build a positive, trusting relationship
