We are seeking a

Retail casual sales assistant

to join the Fella Hamilton team in Kenmore, QLD. This is a

casual position

approximately 15-20 hrs per week, that offers flexibility whilst providing excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment. As a Retail casual sales assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our store. This position is based on-site at our

Kenmore QLD 4069

location.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience

Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

Assisting customers with product information and helping them find items they are looking for

Maintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is well-presented and properly stocked

Handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

Operating the till and processing payments via various methods

Supporting the team with general store duties, including tidying and organising stock areas

Promoting store products and special offers to customers

What we're looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner





Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to casual working arrangements

A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic IT skills and familiarity with retail systems (desirable but not essential)

Weekend availability a must
