This is a 2-year, fixed-term, on-site position. Working closely with the Directors and administrative team, you will support a variety of day-to-day activities across a specialist dental practice. It's an ideal opportunity to gain real-world experience in healthcare administration, customer service, digital systems, social media, and practice operations — all while completing your studies. Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the applicable Health Professional and Support Services Award (MA000027). Please note that junior rates apply to current Year 12 and university students, and may differ from the hourly rate advertised

Key responsibilities

General administrative and reception support

Welcoming patients and assisting with the patient experience

Assisting with social media content creation, preparation and publication under the guidance of the practice directors





Preparing and organising documents and correspondence

Assisting with data entry, organisation and basic reporting

Supporting practice projects and quality improvement initiatives

Helping implement new digital systems and workflows

Supporting other day-to-day practice activities as required

Strong English communication skills, including speaking, reading and writing

Friendly, professional and confident communicating with people

Organised, reliable and punctual

Good computer and digital skills

Comfortable using social media

Robust attention to detail

Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Shows initiative and enjoys working as part of a team
