Prestige Window Coverings is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.
We supply and install quality roller shutters, outdoor blinds, curtains, plantation shutters, security doors and other window-furnishing products throughout Melbourne.
About the role
You will manage the complete sales process- from contacting potential customers and booking appointments through to attending in-home quotations, presenting suitable solutions, closing sales and following up.
We will provide contact numbers for prospective customers. Some leads will be warm enquiries, while others will require proactive cold calling. You must be comfortable speaking with new customers, building rapport and confidently asking for the sale.
- Contacting supplied leads and booking your own appointments.
- Managing a combination of warm leads and cold contacts.
- Attending customers' homes to provide consultations and quotations.
- Understanding the customer's needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Taking measurements and preparing accurate quotations.
- Presenting our products professionally and working toward agreed sales targets.
- Following up outstanding quotations and maintaining communication with customers.
- Keeping customer records and appointment information accurate and up to date.
- Representing Prestige Window Coverings professionally at every appointment.

About you
- Has previous sales or customer-service experience.
- Is confident making outbound calls and booking appointments.
- Communicates clearly and builds trust easily.
- Is organised and capable of managing their own calendar and follow-ups.
- Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Present professionally inside customers' homes.
- Is comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport.
Experience within window furnishings, home improvements, building products or in-home sales would be highly regarded, but comprehensive training will be provided to the right person.

- A part time position of at least three days per week.
Consistent working days can be arranged to suit the right candidate and the needs of the business.

The areas you're be traveling is the western suburbs of Melbourne and the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Would be required to have their own transport regularly and a license.
