We're Hiring: Experienced Machine Operator – Marlee Signs

You’ll work confidently across:

- Colex cutters
- Large-format digital printers
- Laminators, routers, plotters & more

If it’s in a signage workshop, you’ll be hands-on with it.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive here if you have:





- 2+ years’ experience in the signage industry
- Strong understanding of print production, finishing, and materials
- The ability to troubleshoot machines and keep jobs flowing smoothly
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to premium-quality work
- Solid communication, reliability, and a team-focused mindset
