Green RV is seeking an organised, customer-focused Warranty & Customer Support Coordinator for the Forest Glen team. The role focuses on administration and transparent communication to manage caravan warranty claims from intake through to resolution.
You will gather information, prepare claims for manufacturers, liaise with suppliers, and keep customers informed of progress. It is a hands-on role requiring accurate records and teamwork with Warranty, Parts and Workshop teams.
