Key Opportunity

n

As we continue to grow and strengthen our position within Victoria's electricity distribution industry, we are seeking an experienced Works Delivery Planner to join our Operations team based in Pakenham.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an electricity distribution professional who thrives on planning, coordination and operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring field crews are work-ready through effective scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination and network planning activities.

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Operational Leadership Team, Project Leaders, Crew Leaders and Worksite Leaders to facilitate the safe,



efficient and high-quality delivery of electricity distribution construction and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and maintain work schedules and delivery programs.
n
- Prepare comprehensive work packs, permits and planning documentation.
n
- Coordinate labour, plant, fleet, equipment, contractors and materials.
n
- Prepare and submit outage requests and network access documentation.
n
- Liaise with DNSPs, Network Control Centres and industry stakeholders.
n
- Conduct site inspections to assess delivery requirements and operational risks.
n
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet changing priorities.
n
- Forecast resource requirements and identify potential constraints.
n
- Ensure compliance with VESI, client, regulatory and company requirements.
n
- Support operational reporting, planning systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Contribute to strong HSEQ outcomes across all activities.

About You

n

You are an experienced electricity distribution professional with strong planning and coordination capability, a practical understanding of network operations and a commitment to delivering safe and efficient outcomes.

n

Key Qualifications & Experience

n

n




- Certificate III in ESI Distribution Overhead.
n
- Significant experience in electricity distribution construction, maintenance, operations planning or project delivery.
n
- Experience coordinating field-based crews and operational programs.
n
- Strong knowledge of Victorian DNSP networks and VESI requirements.
n
- Experience preparing network access requests and outages.
n
- Experience using SAP, GIS Mapping or similar planning systems.
n
- Practical field experience within electricity distribution environments.
n
- Strong understanding of HSEQ requirements and compliance frameworks.
