NYC Bagel Deli Company Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager (Retail) to join our team in Queensland. With three busy locations and a growing brand, we're looking for a leader who can bring consistency, energy and strong commercial thinking across our stores. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across our retail food businesses, ensuring efficient store performance, excellent customer service, and compliance with operational and food safety standards.

The role will involve working at multiple locations; Westend, Chermside & Dutton Park.

Responsibilities and duties:

- Manage daily retail operations across all three locations, maintain high standards of product quality, presentation and service.
n
- Lead and supervise managers and staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
n
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency across all stores.
n




- Manage stock levels, inventory and ordering requirement across store locations.
n
- Monitor and analyse sales and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
n
- Perform financial management tasks, including budgeting, cost control and reporting.
n
- Build supplier relationships and assist with supplier negotiations.
n
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to support sales growth.
n
- Ensure company operational requirements and food safety, workplace health and safety.

To be successful, applicants must have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Management, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management or supervisory role.

Personal Qualities and Skills:

- Excellent communication and Strong attention to detail .
n
- Proficient in computer applications.
n
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple store locations.
n
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
n
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the food, hospitality or retail sector.

A salary of $80,000 - $87,000 + superannuation (subject to skills and experience) will be offered to the successful candidate.
